CHEVAL BLANC PARIS

Cheval Blanc Paris is the first urban ‘Maison’ to be opened by luxury group LVMH Hospitality. It occupies a landmark site within the iconic La Samaritaine building in the 1st Arrondissement. This highly anticipated addition to the Paris hotel scene offers 72 rooms and suites, four restaurants, a Dior Spa and the longest hotel swimming pool in Europe.

In our opinion, the hotel succeeds on all fronts. The location is superb – there’s no better starting point to explore the right and left banks, from Le Marais to Saint-Germain. As for the accommodation and guest facilities, we’re confident that Lucibello clients will be more than satisfied.

WE AT CHEVAL BLANC PARIS ARE SO PROUD TO HAVE CREATED SUCH A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE - THE ULTIMATE ESCAPE. IT IS AN HONOUR TO BE ENTRUSTED TO CREATE UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES IN THE CITY OF LIGHTS.

Most rooms are spacious suites overlooking the River Seine. The best accommodation to enjoy the hotel’s idyllic position is a sunlit winter garden suite offering views from Notre-Dame to the Eiffel Tower. The bathrooms, with grand marble tubs and fragrant bath products designed by Dior perfumer François Demachy, look towards the river. On the top floor, the two-storey, 7,000-square-foot Quintessence Suite comes with four ensuite bedrooms and a private swimming pool.

Culinary art is presented with bold creativity in the four restaurants and bars of the hotel. Seven floors above the Pont-Neuf, the aptly-named contemporary brasserie Le Tout-Paris provides panoramic views of the city, drawing authentic inspiration from the traditional Art Deco bistro. On a lower level, Langosteria, led by Enrico Buonocore, his first branch outside Milan, serves fine Italian cuisine in an ambiance buzzing with energy.

Meanwhile, Chef Arnaud Donckele, awarded three Michelin stars at Cheval Blanc St Tropez restaurant La Vague d’Or, presents French gastronomy featuring broths, creams, vinaigrettes and veloutés at Plénitude. Finally, Limbar, the most casual of the eateries, is an upscale bistro taking its cue from Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric. We recommend his signature Pont-Neuf Croissant with melted ham and Comté cheese, followed by his Pear ‘Douillon’ covered in a flaky crust. By night, the bistro transforms into an elegant bar lead by Florian Thireau, a top mixologist and author of The Cocktail Book.

Below ground, the bright and beautiful Dior Spa Cheval Blanc has a spa menu offering 43 face and body treatments. A hugely impressive feature is the spa’s 30-metre swimming pool and there’s also a well-equipped gym, hammam, sauna and snow shower. Entranced by Cheval Blanc’s many charms, you may be loathe to leave, but should you venture outside, three BMW hybrid courtesy cars are available to drop guests off around the city.
